#4 People management

Communication is the beating heart of relationships. Within companies, people constantly interact with colleagues, superiors and collaborators, influencing them through their words and behaviors. This is why knowing how to communicate effectively is so important!
We designed this module to help participants become aware of their own way of communicating, verbal and non-verbal, and how their approach can help build bridges or, conversely, walls. We guide them in discovering new methods of communication, more suitable and functional based on the context, training soft skills. Each person learns to observe by suspending judgment, because well-given feedback allows you to obtain better results and strengthen relationships.

What does it mean to be a good leader, after all? Have a good dose of empathy and kindness, be able to influence without judging and accompany others towards autonomy.
